101 Freeway

From the North

Accessible from the 405 Freeway, East Los Angeles, Pasadena, Downtown LA, The Valley from the Northeast & Ventura, Agoura, Oxnard, etc from The Northwest

The Inn is just an 8-mile drive from CA-27 S exit of the 101 Freeway on relatively straight roads with some minor curves. This route is the go-to option for Road Closure on the PCH (West) side. This is also the easiest option during road closures if you don’t happen to be familiar with the area.

Malibu Cyn

From the North or South

Accessible from Ventura, Oxnard, etc from the North & Santa Monica, The Westside, South Bay & all parts South.

While quite a ways out-of-the-way for those coming from the South, it is sometimes faster than traveling via the 405 to the 101 if Topanga Canyon Blvd is closed at the PCH. It’s also much easier to navigate than the other option from this side, Las Flores Canyon. From the North this is a straight shot into Calabasas and up the restaurant via Old Topanga Canyon Road. Clocks in at roughly 30 minutes and 18 miles from Malbu Canyon Road & the PCH.

Las Flores

From the North or South

Accessible from Ventura, Oxnard, etc from the North & Santa Monica, The Westside, South Bay & all parts South.

Who doesn’t like a little adventure with dinner?

This is the quickest way to get around a road closure at the PCH and Topanga Canyon Blvd. and also probably the easiest way to get lost. It’s really only 2 turns once you’re on the road but it does seem to befuddle the uninitiated in mountain driving. This route also takes about 30 minutes from the PCH but has the advantage of being much closer if coming from the South. See directions below for this one, and we suggest printing directions or downloading the map to your phone ahead of time, as GPS and cell-service are spotty.
